Bath Blends

Bath Blends come with many different ingredients. When you find your favorite bath blend you will love the way you feel after every bath.

Bath Salts: Improves circulation and helps with irritated skin. 

Epsom Salts: Helps with pain relief. Rich in magnesium sulfate, they can help relax muscles and reduce inflammation. It can help flush toxins when used in a detox bath. 

Himalayan Salts: Helps soothe dry skin. It helps with relaxation. Exfoliates skin. 

Baking Soda: Helps remove Chlorine from water. Softens skin. 

Additional Ingredients: 
Oatmeal: Helps remove dead skin cells and soften the skin. Skin health bath blends. 

Citrus Peels: uplift your mood and promote a sense of well-being. 

Aloe Vera: reduces redness and gives immediate relief for irritated skin. Skin health. 

Bentonite clay: Can bind to toxins and help remove them from the body. 

Essential oils: When using essential oils, dilute them with a carrier oil. Use jojoba oil or sweet almond oil before adding them to the bathwater. 

Calendula: Known for its healing properties, it can aid in reducing skin inflammation and promoting wound healing. Skin health. 

Cayenne pepper: Can stimulate blood flow, leading to better energy levels and reduced muscle tension. 

Chamomile: Known for relaxation and stress relief. Very calming and soothing properties in these bath blends, they can help reduce anxiety, promote relaxation, and improve sleep quality. 

Comfrey: Known for their anti-inflammatory properties. It can help soothe muscle soreness and inflammation. Helps with stiffness. 

Dandelion leaves: Supports the body’s natural detoxification processes. 

Eucalyptus: Known to help enhance blood circulation and oxygenation of tissues. Can help with detoxification. It can help clear nasal passages and give relief from cold symptoms. 

Ginger: A warming and stimulating herb known to improve blood flow. Possesses anti-inflammatory and circulatory stimulant properties, helpful for invigorating tired muscles and stiff joints. Promotes detoxification. Can aid in proper digestion.  

Juniper berries: Can encourage the body to release toxins through the skin.
